His career trajectory spans a decade within a Global Fortune Top 200 company, where he honed his expertise in spearheading organization-wide initiatives that foster robust risk management practices. He has further broadened his capabilities through extensive consulting engagements, enabling him to understand the unique challenges and opportunities across various sectors.
Justin has successfully led diverse global and domestic teams encompassing Risk, EHS, Human and Contractor Performance, Business Continuity and Performance Improvement at the corporate and operational levels. His roles have often required a balance between risk, resilience, and operational excellence.
Justin's areas of expertise encompass Risk Management, HSEQ Program Management, Human Factors, Performance Improvement, Business Continuity, and Operational Excellence.
He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with an Operational Excellence focus from LSU and an MBA from ULL. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Operations from Nicholls State University. Justin is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), further solidifying his technical credentials.
